KPA Properties purchased land in the centre of Bulls in 2020, and after a lot of preparation and planning, are finally ready to announce the beginning of this exciting development!

Our intention with this development is to provide affordable family homes for the community of Bulls. We have a variety of section sizes and visions for each individual lot, in order to ensure we have something for everyone.

With RNZAF Base Ohakea expanding and growing in population, we hope to target some of these families, whether they be relocating from Whenuapai, or purchasing their first home, close to work.

As Bulls is such a desirable and central location to the lower North Island, we also expect to have interest from older couples who may want to retire in a lovely small town that’s close to everywhere - we’ll even have caravan parking on some of our lots!

All going to plan, this development is estimated to increase the Bulls population quite significantly, which will in time trigger the need for all sorts of new amenities within the community.
